RiverRock European Capital Partners LLP appoints Luca Di Rico as Chief Executive Officer

London, 4th Jun 2025 – RiverRock European Capital Partners LLP, a leading European
alternative investment management firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Luca Di
Rico as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

With offices in London, Paris, and Madrid, Mr Di Rico’s appointment marks a significant step
in RiverRock’s continued commitment to accelerate growth across key European markets,
strengthen its ability to deliver bespoke private capital solutions to European corporates, while
also providing innovative investment opportunities to global investors.

Luca takes on the role of CEO from Michel Péretié who will transition into the roles of Partner
and Chairman where he will provide strategic support to RiverRock’s growth plans.

In his new role as CEO, Mr Di Rico brings over 20 years of experience, with expertise in
investing in mid-market companies and managing private capital portfolios. He began his
career in Milan, Italy, at Cross Border, a M&A specialist, before holding several senior roles in
financial institutions in London. Mr Di Rico also served as Head of Corporate Finance at De
Agostini in Italy before joining Magnetar Capital in 2006, where he led the European Private
Capital investment strategy. During his 15-year tenure at Magnetar Capital, Mr Di Rico
established strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, served on a number of
boards, and ultimately became Head of European Private Capital. In 2021, he founded Racing
Capital, an investment advisory firm focused on European mid-market companies.
